 Sam Thompson, a former Made in Chelsea star, has been crowned the winner of I’m A Celebrity 2023. The reality TV star was declared the King of the Jungle after a tense finale with controversial politician Nigel Farage and retired boxer Tony Bellew. Sam was blown away at winning I'm A Celebrity and threw himself into best mate Pete Wicks' arms. He celebrated his win with podcast co-host Pete. ⁵



The 23rd series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! was held in Murwillumbah, New South Wales, Australia. The show was presented by Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly. The series had 12 castaways, including Sam Thompson, Tony Bellew, Nigel Farage, Josie Gibson, Marvin Humes, Danielle Harold, Nick Pickard, Fred Sirieix, Nella Rose, Frankie Dettori, Jamie Lynn Spears, and Grace Dent.


The original line-up was announced by ITV on 13 November 2023. Frankie Dettori and Tony Bellew were confirmed as this year's late arrivals on 22 November 2023. Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears both withdrew from the series due to "medical grounds" on 27 and 29 November respectively. The series had the second all-male final in the show’s history, the first being the fourth series in 2004.



Sam Thompson was the favourite to win the show, with odds of EVS ². He spoke bravely about his ADHD diagnosis during the show, and his non-stop energy went down extremely well with the viewing public, especially those on social media ²³.
