Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are being urged to take legal action against Omid Scobie after the Dutch version of his book Endgame leaked the names of two royals accused of discussing Prince Archie's skin colour ².

The author claimed that two members of the Royal Family were named in letters between the Duchess of Sussex and King Charles ². The couple had previously accused an unnamed senior royal of expressing "concern" about Prince Archie's skin colour during an interview with Oprah Winfrey ². Scobie's book has added to the public debate about who in the royal family might harbour such racially charged views ². However, UK laws have prevented him from revealing the names of those involved ². 

It is not the first time that Meghan Markle has been involved in a legal battle. She is reportedly considering suing Omid Scobie for invasion of privacy for sharing very private details about her life and Prince Harry’s life in his new book, Endgame ¹.
