Nairobi, Kenya – Wednesday, May 22, 2024 – Pastor Victor Kanyari, founder of the Salvation Healing Ministry, has come forward to address allegations surrounding his relationship with TikToker Rish Kamunge. The vocal TikToker recently claimed that she was carrying Pastor Kanyari’s pregnancy and even asserted that he had bought her a car during a TikTok live session.

However, Pastor Kanyari categorically denied these claims, stating that he is not romantically involved with any TikToker. During a live broadcast with approximately 12,800 viewers, he clarified the situation. “It is a lie, I tell you the truth,” he asserted. “I knew her just the other day. I saw her for the first time on Sunday when she attended my church service.”
Rish Kamunge, who recently went viral, had previously flirted with Pastor Kanyari. In several viral videos, the preacher appeared flabbergasted by her daring proposal. She even accused another woman, Faith Peters, of forcing a relationship with Pastor Kanyari. “Kanyari ameninunulia gari (Kanyari bought me a car),” Rish claimed. “Wewe amekupea nini? Hata personal number yake huna (What has he given you? You don’t even have his personal number)!”
The controversy escalated when Rish alleged that Pastor Kanyari had slept at her place. However, the man of God firmly denied this, emphasizing that he had no romantic involvement with either Rish or Faith. “Hakuna msichana nimetongoza. Hakuna msichana nimesema nataka (I haven’t flirted with any lady. I haven’t told any girl I want her),” he stated. “She (Rish) is an admirer. I am single.”
The situation has drawn attention from the TikTok community, with prominent figures like Big Daddy, Kioi, and Mali Safi expressing their disapproval. They advised Pastor Kanyari to steer clear of TikTokers to protect his reputation.
As the controversy continues, Pastor Kanyari remains steadfast in his denial, asserting that he is focused on his ministry and not entangled in any romantic affairs. The TikTok drama has left many wondering about the true nature of his relationships, but for now, the pastor maintains that he is single.
