Kate Walsh sizzles in a bikini as she enjoys a beach day with her fiancé in Perth
American actress Kate Walsh set temperatures soaring on Wednesday when she visited Swanbourne Beach in Perth with her fiancé Andrew Nixon.
The Grey’s Anatomy star, 56, flaunted her age-defying looks in a skimpy red and white bikini which showcased her athletic figure and stunning curves.
Walsh stayed close to her farmer entrepreneur partner as they had fun in the sun and ran along the glistening sand together.
The California-born star let her brunette hair hang in loose waves around her shoulders and at one point her pert derrière was visible as she embraced her partner.
The couple looked smitten as they shared a kiss and cuddled on the beach, before taking a dip in the ocean to cool off.
Walsh and Nixon announced their engagement in November last year, after dating for two years.
The actress, who is best known for her roles in Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice, relocated to Australia in 2020 amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
She has since fallen in love with the country and its lifestyle, and has been vocal about her desire to become a citizen.
She told The Daily Telegraph in January: ‘I love it here. I am applying for citizenship. I am in the process of getting a Distinguished Talent visa.’
She added: ‘I have been coming here since 2004. I have always loved it here. I love the people, the culture, the nature, the animals. It is gorgeous.’
Walsh is currently filming the second season of the Stan series The Gloaming, a crime drama set in Tasmania.
She plays an American cop who returns to her hometown to investigate a murder with her former partner, played by Ewen Leslie.
The show is expected to premiere later this year.
